Terms and conditions

Focks Labels is member of ‘Koninklijke Metaalunie’ (royal metal union), the largest Dutch employers’ organisation for small and medium-sized enterprises active in the metal industry.

The general terms and conditions of the Koninklijke Metaalunie apply to all our agreements, referred to as ‘Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie’, as deposited at the Registry in Rotterdam on 1 January 2019.
